Clear policies help Elevated Glow serve you better. Please review these terms before booking your sessions.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

| 24+ hours | Full reschedule, no penalty |
| 12-24 hours | One-time courtesy reschedule per month; otherwise session forfeited |
| Less than 12 hours | Session forfeited from package |
| No-show | Session forfeited from package |
Emergency Exceptions: Illness, family emergencies, and unforeseen circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis with documentation.
Session Policies

Session Expiration: All sessions expire 60 days from purchase date (packages) or within the program duration (programs).

Session Sharing: Sessions are non-transferable and for the purchasing client only.

Late Arrivals: Sessions will not be extended for late arrivals. Please arrive on time to maximize your session.

Rollover Policy: Unused sessions do not roll over to the following month unless prior arrangements are made.
Refund Policy

| Before first session | Full refund minus $50 administrative fee |
| After program begins | Pro-rated refund for unused sessions minus $50 administrative fee |
| Digital products | Non-refundable once delivered (meal plans, guides, etc.) |
| Commitment discount packages | Early termination forfeits discount; balance recalculated at standard rates |
Refund Request Timeline: Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the decision to discontinue services.
Payment Terms

Payment Due: Full payment is due before the first session or at the start of billing period.

Payment Methods: Credit/debit card, bank transfer. Payment plans available for 3+ month commitments.

Auto-Renewal: Monthly packages auto-renew unless cancelled with 7 days notice before renewal date.

Failed Payments: A $25 fee applies to failed payment attempts; services are paused until resolved.
Client Agreement Requirements
All clients will complete the following before beginning services:
Medical background and readiness assessment
Understanding of exercise and nutrition risks
Release of liability for training activities
Optional permission for progress documentation
Terms, policies, and payment acknowledgment
Vision, goals, and commitment documentation
